Am I charged when I place an order?

No. Submitting an order creates a purchase request. No card details are collected anywhere on this site. We confirm availability, then contact you to arrange payment by Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

Why can I not pay by card?

Card processors including Stripe, Square and PayPal prohibit research chemicals in their acceptable-use policies. Rather than risk an account freeze that would strand customer funds, payment is handled directly.

Do you ship?

Not currently. All orders are collected in person in Utah. We arrange a pickup time and place once your order is confirmed.

Do you provide certificates of analysis?

Yes. Where a certificate is on file it is linked from the product page. If you need documentation for a specific lot that is not published, contact us with the compound and lot number.

Can you advise on dosing or protocols?

No. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. We cannot provide dosing guidance, protocols, or medical advice of any kind.

What is your return policy?

Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected. If a product does not match its stated specification, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
