Privacy policy

This policy explains what Beyond Peptides collects when you use this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep the answer short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, the items you requested, and any note you add. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message.

We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this site. There is no card checkout, so there is nothing of that kind to store.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we collect it

To confirm availability, contact you about your order, arrange payment and pickup, keep an accurate record of what was sold from which lot, and answer your enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. It does not receive your name, email, or order contents. You can block it with any standard browser privacy setting or extension.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only when you sign in to your account or the store admin. It holds a random session identifier and nothing else — no tracking profile, no advertising identifier. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Contact form messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Sign-in links expire after fifteen minutes and sessions expire automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your details, by emailing orders@beyondpeptide.com. We may need to keep records of completed transactions where the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
