Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read the first section carefully — it is the most important one.

Research use only

All products sold by Beyond Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be administered to humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring these materials for lawful research purposes, and that you will handle and store them appropriately.

Beyond Peptides does not provide dosing guidance, protocols, or medical advice, and makes no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. We cannot answer questions framed in those terms.

Orders are purchase requests

Submitting an order through this site creates a request to purchase. It is not a completed sale and no payment is taken at that point. A contract is formed only when we confirm availability and you settle payment.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where documentation cannot be provided for a lot, or where an order appears inconsistent with research use.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown per vial and are subject to change. The total shown in your cart is an estimate before tax. Utah sales tax is calculated on the pickup location and confirmed by email before payment.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly after confirmation, by Venmo, Zelle, or cash on pickup. We will only ever send payment details from our own address. If you receive payment instructions that look inconsistent with previous correspondence, contact us before sending anything.

Pickup

Orders are collected in person in Utah at a time and place agreed between us. We do not currently ship. Stock is reserved when you order; if you decide not to proceed, tell us and we will release it.

Returns

Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected. If a product does not match the specification stated on its product page, contact us immediately and we will replace it or refund it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Peptides is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of its products, including any use in or on humans or animals. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
